The company is part of the global Pickering Group but is majority owned from Sweden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pickering is headquartered in the UK, where the company also has manufacturing facilities. Pickering also has operations in the Czech Republic, in its own factories.<\/p>\n<p>Pickering has sales offices in several European countries, as well as China and the USA. These are owned by the Parent Company.<\/p>\n<p>Pickering in Varberg sells to the Nordic and Baltic countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today, the company in Sweden consists of two people:<\/strong><br \/>\nBo \u2013 CEO and Technical Sales<br \/>\nTher\u00e9se \u2013 Orders, finance, marketing<\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pickering.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pickering<\/a> Globally, they sell test equipment in the functional testing genre. They have a very large product portfolio that is constantly expanding as they develop many customized products and solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pickering&#039;s three legs are, Relays, Test &amp; Measurement and Cabling.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Relays:<\/strong> Pickering was founded over 50 years ago. At that time, it started manufacturing the world&#039;s most reliable relays and has several patents of its own to increase the relay&#039;s lifespan and to reduce its size.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Test and Measure:<\/strong> Pickering produces switch cards that support the major global standards PXI and LXI. They also sell and refine chassis to these standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cabling<\/strong>: Pickering produces and designs a wide variety of specialty cables for test equipment. They also have a large portfolio of standard cables manufactured in their factory in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<p>Since Pickering in Sweden is a bit special in that the company is its own company within the group, the company has a fourth leg: <strong>Power Supply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Power Supply<\/strong>: Pickering sells equipment for testing power electronics. Equipment that can emulate the power distribution network, load a larger battery (energy storage) and test all power electronics in these contexts.
