Reference on proposed amendments to the Swedish Chemicals Agency's regulations (KIFS 2017:7) on chemical products and biotechnological organisms - implementation of exemptions according to the RoHS Directive

The referral concerns the implementation in Swedish legislation of amendments to the RoHS Directive regarding exemptions. The proposal implements an exemption for the use of cadmium in certain radiation-resistant video camera tubes.

Comments on the referral must be submitted to the Swedish Chemicals Agency no later than June 5, 2020.
